Dear Dancers,

I hope youโ€™re all doing well and dancing under the beautiful New Moon! which I managed to photograph in Edinburgh as the sun came up! so we have a golden moon! how wonderful to see! – see image below.

September has been an amazing month, full of vibrant dancing on the green and in The Hall with our wonderful community. Now, as the colder months approach here in Scotland, weโ€™ll be moving indoors in October. The Universal Hall will be our cozy refuge from the chill for the winter season!

Iโ€™ve loved learning new dances with my monthly group in Forres, where local dancers have joined together in joyful circle dance. We’ve even revived some older dances I had nearly forgotten, and itโ€™s been such a joy to reintroduce them. With the equinox around the corner, I feel a renewed passion for dance, a fire that burns stronger each year.

This time of year always has me reflecting on the ancestors, family, and friends who have supported me on this journey, reminding me to stay grounded and embrace the changes of the season.

Exciting News!

Iโ€™m just back from an amazing trip to Germany, where I had the chance to connect with wonderful people and deepen my training. Iโ€™m so grateful for the incredible support from Friedel Kloke Eibl, Saskia Kloke, and the entire team. We spent the week teaching both on video and in person, and Iโ€™ve shared more details about this on my GoFundMe page feel free to check out the updates there!

A huge thank you to everyone who made this journey possible! I have one final training session in November, and I canโ€™t wait to dive even deeper into Friedelโ€™s work. Iโ€™m excited about the future and all the new possibilities that are unfolding!

On a personal note, I also got to visit my family in Edinburgh during my travels. It was such a lovely time to reconnect, enjoy some great food, and take in the beauty of Scotlandโ€™s wildlife on long walks.

Coming Soon!

Iโ€™m working on editing the video from the Findhorn Sacred Dance Festival 2024 and hope to release it next week stay tuned! There will also be a few new dances added to the Centerpiece app, so keep an eye out for those.

As the seasons change and the leaves begin to fall, I wish you all a beautiful week ahead. I canโ€™t wait to see you at the September Centrepiece Zoom session your personal Zoom codes will be sent out a week in advance, as always. Donโ€™t miss out on our upcoming dances and events, which you can find on the app!

Sending big hugs from Scotland!
Blessings,
Brant

The New Full Moon over Edinburgh Skyline – Harvest/corn Moon

The Harvest Moon, one of the most well known Moon names, refers to the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox. Its bright light allows farmers to extend their work into the night, aiding in the harvest of crops.

Join us on The Centrepiece in Sept to celebrate the Autumn 2024 with Dance!
