Dear Beloved Dancers,
What a magically festive night we had!
As winter wraps its chilly arms around us, I can’t help but bask in the glow of the season’s festivities. The warmth of our shared celebrations lingers, and I’m currently daydreaming about the flower fairies who brought a spirit of winter our way! from Cicely Mary Barker’s “Flower Fairies of Winter.” Check out the images I’ve included, and the Plane Tree Fairy, inspired by urban walks, has stolen my heart. A reminder that even in the city hustle, a glance at a tree or a flower can bring us back to our soul.
Our Zoom gathering was a joyous blend of diverse talents from around the world. How lucky are we to dance together, connect, and support one another through this virtual dance floor.

Apologies for any inconvenience, we encountered a few minor technical glitches in the Zoom room. It seems there was a bug preventing participants from utilizing the chat feature, which is indeed unusual for our usual seamless sessions. Typically, our tech expert, Emma, was unwell. The good news is that she is on the mend and feeling better by the hour. I am currently looking after her and have advised her to stay in bed and get some much-needed rest. We appreciate your understanding and support. January we will be back to normal chitchat!
Before I jet off to Germany for my last trip of the year (I will keep you posted as usual on my travels), I’m gearing up for some quality time editing and adding to our YouTube channel in December. Fingers crossed, we’ll have a video or two before Christmas — an ambitious goal, but one that’s fueled by passion!

As Christmas draws near, the community is buzzing with excitement for the winter gathering in the Universal Hall. Followed by a session for our Local Community centre Forres House’s 50th Birthday which I am excited about as I will be holding a session with locals in and around the area… a poster will be coming soon.
Let’s step into 2024 with fresh energy, new adventures, and stories to share.
