Dear Dancing Friends,
We have lovely Autumn weather at present here in Findhorn, the Sacred Dance group had their last session outdoors on Saturday which I hear went well from Francescea. We will retreat indoors for a time using local halls (poster will be on Facebook and my website) This week has been fun with my group locally who have been rehearsing for the birthday celebration dances in the community. We will be part of the week here in Findhorn, how exciting to dance at a birthday celebration!
My own group in Forres town hall is very much a joy to me, this is a space I am gaining much healing from while holding the group. Being with a circle of beginners, I really love the joy which the group is creating. If you happen to be in the area please drop by (poster below)
Last night the air element helped us get creative, heal and connect. Under any circumstances I feel the flow of the Beloved helping me through the difficult situations in life no matter what, the trust is there within me.
I could feel in the Zoom room last night the deep emotional pains that people are going through these days. The Centrepiece is a focus point for connecting, dancing and I hope an authentic place to be yourself and reach out to speak.
It has always been important to me to see and chat to people at the end of the session, which is really a delight… even when I am lost for words, just being there is so important. Last night we had the great company of wonderful beings in our presenters and I feel blessed that they say yes to joining us. It is beautiful to be with them for this time and place under this sky.
My dance ‘Horizons’ has been asked for by a few people so I have quickly posted the very rough version to YouTube to allow you to get the pattern… see below. I have’t got notations yet as it just came to me this week! so below is a quick first draft notation… A video with full teaching will become available in the next few weeks.
I will be off to Germany next week to dance with Friedel and Saskia Kloke, and I will keep you posted on social media. I am flying to Cologne this time and look forward to all those wonderful dances, how exciting!
Thanks to everyone who continues to support me with travel costs etc as it could not happen without you! I taught one of the dances with my beginners group this week and they really enjoyed it, so it is a big blessings for me. Fundraiser is still running here

| Pattern starts on first note of singing 8 x steps around the circle line – to the right starting with right foot 4 x steps R,L,R.L Arm out to centre palm faced up for 2 counts, palm faced right for 2 counts. 4 x steps around right shoulder as arm comes across left (see video – Teaching video coming soon)) and over like a horizon Feet together and arms go down cross over and up reaching up.
