Welcome to
The Centrepiece
Sunday 14th June 2026
@ 18:30pm UK TIME

Dear Dancers,
It has been a wonderful May and start of June, filled with travel, deep connection, and so much dancing.
I am now back home in Scotland, feeling deeply grateful and inspired to dive back into our local circles.
My recent trip to Germany truly felt like returning to a second home in Bad Herrenalb. It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar faces from the previous years of training, and as always, Friedel and Saskia were the most incredible hosts. The theme of our session was The Song of Songs, centering around the CD and booklet Das Hohelied der Liebe. I absolutely loved it, and I am looking forward to revisiting the material during my study time this coming week.
Since returning, I have been right back to dancing both circle and seated dances with my local groups, as well as a brand new group just a twenty minute drive away in Roseisle. We had a lovely session that included many families from the local RAF base, and I have really enjoyed it. I will be with another few groups this month locally and have a few new dances for them its always a joy to be with them.
Now, we move from in person to online, where the Seated Serenade will come to your screen on Sunday, 14th June. You can join the session using the Zoom details here:
